      Information about Rhodes
Rhodes, the largest island of the Dodecanese, is famous for its seaside resorts, ancient ruins and for being occupied by the Knights of St. John during the Crusades. Occupied by the Ottomans and rebuilt by the Italians, the palace now houses a museum of history.
