How to GNV check in

Before boarding, you need to check in. It's quick and easy.

Present:

You will be given a boarding pass, where you will find your cabin or seat number written.

Keep the card until you disembark, you will also need it for checks.

If you are traveling without a car (foot passenger).

  1. Go to the ticket office to check in.
  2. Present the ticket and IDs of all passengers.
  3. Receive a boarding pass for each.
  4. Keep your card and ID handy-they are needed for security checks.
  5. Follow the directions to board. Staff will guide you to your assigned cabin or seat.

Please note: for everyone's safety, you may be asked to show your documents or baggage contents, as required by international regulations (ISPS code).

If you are traveling by car

  1. Arrive at the screening area and have your documents and ticket handy.
  2. Check in and hand over ticket and documents of all passengers.
  3. Receive a boarding pass for each and a card to put on the windshield.
  4. Follow staff directions to wait for boarding.
  5. Only the driver can board the vehicle. Other passengers board on foot.
  6. The driver will be given a coupon with the deck-garage number.

Important: You will not be able to access the garage while boarding, so bring everything you need with you.

Things to check before you leave

You may have to show documents or accept inspections as required by the ISPS code.

Check-out and disembarkation

Once you arrive, disembarking is easy. All you will need to do is:

Accommodations should be vacated in advance to allow safe disembarkation.

On some routes you can choose Late Check-Out or Priority Disembarkation: inquire at the time of booking.
