How to apply the offer
The offer is obtained automatically when purchasing at the special rate level. The discount applies to the basic price, supplements for accommodation, animals and accompanying vehicle; it does not apply to mandatory fixed rights and optional on-board services such as meals, wellness centre, wi-fi and pet in cabin, nor to the premium relating to the multi-risk insurance policy.
Cumulability of the offer
The promotion can be combined with other offers active at the time of booking, with agreements/partnerships/other discount codes and with the resident rate, unless otherwise specified in the conditions of application.
Cancellation and variation of tickets
The discount is not retroactive: it is valid only for new bookings and does not apply to tickets whose first issue occurred before the start of the offer. The application of the offer involves the issuing of a special fare ticket, which is non-refundable, but can be changed under current conditions. Special rates may change.
