How to reach the port of Naples Mergellina
by car: take the motorway and then take the exit of the Fuorigrotta ring road. From here continue to Mergellina. As a reference point use the road signs for Posillipo which is located in the same area. From the exit, continuing according to the indications, in less than 10 minutes you reach the entrance of the small port.
By train: Naples has 3 main stations from which trains depart from other Italian and foreign cities. The Central Station (Piazza Garibaldi) is the most important: 22 tracks on which trains arrive from all Italian destinations. Naples Mergellina is the intermediate station, close to Molo di Mergellina where hydrofoils leave for the islands of the Gulf. To get to the port of Mergellina you can take the subway (line 2) from the central station of Naples direction Pozzuoli and get off at the Mergellina stop, or bus 152.
By plane: from the airport take the bus, get off at the Molo Beverello stop and here take tram 1 or R3 bus.
