How to apply the offer
The discount is automatically obtained during purchase at the special fare level. The discount applies to the base fare, accommodation, pet and accompanying vehicle supplements.
The discount does not apply to fixed fees, nor to EU ETS costs, nor to onboard services such as meals, spa, wi-fi and pet in cabin, nor to premiums related to insurance policies.
Offer Cumulability.
The promotion is combinable with other offers active at the time of booking, with conventions/partnerships/other discount codes, and with the resident fare, unless otherwise specified in the conditions of application.
Cancellation and ticket changes
The discount is not retroactive: it applies only to new reservations and does not apply to tickets whose first issuance occurred on a date prior to the start of the offer.
Application of the offer involves the issuance of a special fare ticket, which is non-refundable, but can be changed under the conditions in force.
*Under Directive (EU) 2023/959, shipping has been included in the European Union's greenhouse gas emission allowance trading scheme ("EU ETS"). As of January 1, 2024, an item called 'EU ETS costs' has been incorporated into the ticket price for each passenger and each vehicle, which varies in amount depending on the route and is neither discountable nor refundable. At present, public service routes (from Naples and Palermo to Cagliari and vice versa; from Civitavecchia to Arbatax and Cagliari and vice versa) are excluded from the application of the EU ETS.
