CAPRI
From 18 April 2019 to 3 November 2019 and from 20 December 2019 to 6 January 2020, the influx and circulation on the island of Capri of vehicles, motorcycles and mopeds, belonging to people who are not part of the population permanently resident in the Municipalities, are prohibited of Capri and Anacapri. 2. During the periods referred to in paragraph 1, the embarkation and influx of short-hire vehicles registered to companies not operating on the territory of the island of Capri is also prohibited.
EXCEPTIONS
- Vehicles with foreign license plates;
- Vehicles serving the disabled.
ISCHIA
From 18 April 2019 to 31 October 2019 the flow and circulation of the cars, motorbikes and mopeds belonging to the island of Ischia, municipalities of Casamicciola Terme, Barano d'Ischia, Serrara Fontana, Forio, Ischia and Lacco Ameno, are prohibited to people residing in the territory of the Campania region or led by people residing in the territory of the Campania Region with the exception of those belonging to people belonging to the stable population of the Island.
EXCEPTIONS
- motor vehicles and motor vehicles with foreign number plates;
- vehicles, number one for each family, of people resident in the territory of the Campania Region who demonstrate that they are staying for at least 15 days in a private house, with a regular rental contract, or for 7 days in a hotel in the Municipality of Barano d'Ischia, to which a special sticker will be issued by the urban police of the aforementioned Municipality;
PROCIDA
From 18 April 2019 to 30 September 2019, the influx and circulation of cars, motorbikes and mopeds belonging to people who are not part of the population permanently resident on the island are prohibited, even if they are co-registered with residents .
EXCEPTIONS
- motor vehicles, motor vehicles and mopeds with foreign number plates and motor vehicles, motor vehicles and mopeds owned by subjects not resident in the Campania Region, provided that they are driven by people who are not resident in any Municipality of Campania, who can disembark and circulate on the island only to reach the place of destination. They must remain parked in the places of arrival or in private car parks; ¬- motor vehicles, motorcycles and mopeds belonging to the owners of houses located in the territory of the island which, although not resident, are registered in the municipal roles of the tax for the disposal of municipal solid waste, which can land and circulate on the island to reach its destination. For free transit on the island, they must have a specific subscription to the concession parking areas and exhibit a special mark;
- vehicles rented and driven by people who have their residence in the Municipality of Procida;
- vehicles carrying disabled people;
cars towing caravans or tent trolleys, as well as motorhomes, which in any case must remain stationary, for the entire prohibition period referred to in art. 1, at the point where they made the first parking after landing;
B) ALICUDI - GINOSTRA; No exceptions to access
STROMBOLI - PANAREA access prohibited from 15/06 to 31/10
1 - to motor vehicles, mopeds and motorcycles belonging to the owners of houses located outside the urban perimeter which, although not resident, are registered in the municipal roles of the urban cleaning taxes for the year 2017, limited to only one vehicle per nucleus familiar. Enrollment must be demonstrated with the related tax collection certificate or certificate issued by the Municipality; 2 - to vehicles used to transport things; 3 - to cars, mopeds and motorcycles belonging to people who demonstrate that they have a reservation of at least 7 (seven) days in a hotel, non-hotel or private house; if these residences were located within the urban perimeter of Lipari and Canneto, the owners of these vehicles must demonstrate that they have the possibility of private or public parking (if any) and the corresponding declaration must be exposed, in a visible way, to the vehicle interior; 4 - to caravans and motorhomes at the service of subjects who demonstrate that they have reservations for at least 7 days in existing campsites, or public or private car parks, where existing, and stay there for the entire period of the stay;
C) FILICUDI
to cars vehicles belonging to people who demonstrate that they have a reservation of at least 7 (seven) days in a hotel, non-hotel or private house structure that must demonstrate that they have the possibility of private or public parking (if any) and the corresponding declaration it must be visibly displayed inside the vehicle.
Art. 3 Vehicles carrying disabled people may flow onto the aforementioned islands, provided they are provided with the special mark provided for in art. 381 of the decree of the President of the Republic 16 December 1992, n. 495 and subsequent amendments and additions, issued by a competent Italian or foreign authority.
The absolute ban for all motor vehicles throughout the year for the port of Ginostra and the Alicudi island.
USTICA
From 1 August 2018 to 31 August 2018, the influx and circulation of motor vehicles belonging to people not permanently resident in the Municipality of Ustica is prohibited, subject to the exemptions referred to in the following articles.
c) vehicles carrying disabled people, provided they are provided with the special mark provided for by art. 381 of the decree of the President of the Republic 16 December 1992, n. 495 and subsequent amendments and additions, issued by a competent Italian or foreign authority;
f) vehicles with foreign plates, as long as they are driven by the owner or a member of the owner's family, as well as those with Italian plates, rented at intercontinental airports by foreign tourists, pursuant to art. 5 of the decree-law n. 465/1988, converted with law n. 556/1988, upon demonstration of the rental contract and the subsidized tourist package;
h) vehicles belonging to people who spend at least seven days on the island and who can demonstrate the duration of the stay by round-trip naval travel ticket or by self-certification drawn up pursuant to the decree of the President of the Republic of 28 December 2000, n. 445, which contains the complete data of the vehicle, of the declarant (personal data, address and tax code), as well as those relating to hotel and / or non-hotel businesses, which must be shown at the request of the supervisory bodies;
FAVIGNANA
From 1 July 2019 to 15 September 2019, the influx and circulation on the island of Favignana of motor vehicles belonging to people who are not part of the population permanently resident in the homonymous municipality is prohibited. The decision for eventual limitations of the circulation on the roads of the island is postponed to specific union orders.
Exceptions During the period referred to in art. 1, the following vehicles are excluded from the prohibition: b) vehicles carrying disabled people, provided they are provided with the special mark provided for by art. 381 of the Presidential Decree n. 495/1992 and subsequent amendments and additions, issued by a competent Italian or foreign authority; d) vehicles belonging to homeowners located on the island who, although not resident, are registered in the municipal roles of the IMU or TARI tax and of the Municipality of Favignana, for the island of Favignana; e) motor vehicles with foreign plates, provided they are driven by the owner or by a member of the owner's family; f) motor vehicles with Italian number plates, hired at intercontinental airports by foreign tourists, pursuant to art. 5 of the decree-law n. 465/1988, converted with law n. 556/1988, upon demonstration of the rental contract; h) motorhomes and caravans at the service of individuals who demonstrate that they have reservations at existing campsites on the island and who park them for the entire period of their stay; j) motor vehicles, mopeds and motorcycles belonging to people who demonstrate that they are staying on the island of Favignana for a period of at least five days, by means of a round-trip naval ticket and / or who demonstrate that they have a reservation in hotel facilities or extra hotels;
GIGLIO ISLAND
The limitation for cars this year will cover the period from 3 to 23 August 2019 (inclusive).
Basically, in the summer, from 3 to 23 August 2019 (inclusive), to bring the car or motorbike (with Italian license plate) to the island, not being residents or home owners, it will be mandatory to stay at least 5 days and fill in a self-certification (FORM TO BE REQUESTED FROM OUR CALL CENTER), to be shown upon disembarkation, to be kept inside the vehicle for the entire period of the stay, in which the vehicle data (plate and holder), the data of the declarant (personal data, address and tax code) and the data of the employer of the accommodation (name of the business, location and period of the stay).
